Do You Have a Printed Catalog?
When will I receive my order? We make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days (usually within one day). However, we may occasionally be out of stock on a particular item when you place your order. Getting the item back in stock may take up to five business days. UPS deliveries can take up to 5-6 business days. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us for an update. Orders outside the continental United States can take significantly longer.
How do I order? If you ordered products from the internet using an online shopping cart before, you are probably already familiar enough to place an order from us. You will find our shopping cart very intuitive. If are unfamiliar please click here for details.
Do you guarantee the products you sell? Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you buy from us, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of its purchase price.
Is it safe to send my credit card information over the Internet? Yes. It is as safe, if not safer, as giving your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant. See our Security page for more information.

How do you handle orders payed by check? When we receive the order with your check, we will fill your order. We will then hold it until your check clears the bank (usually about two or or three weeks). Then we'll ship your order along with a refund check if items were out of stock and could not be backordered.
Do You Have a Printed Catalog? We do not have a printed catalog. One of the advantages of a website is the ability to update and make corrections on a daily basis, which is not the case with a printed catalog. Production costs, i.e., printing, designing, materials, etc., for a catalog are quite expensive and prohibitive. Additionally, once a catalog is printed, it is impossible to update and/or make corrections. For this reason, we have chose to not produce a printed catalog and focus our financial resources, time and energy on the website which can be accurately updated and/or corrected on a regular basis.
